Chances are you are here because you have tried every diet, weight loss method, and program or you are struggling with eating disorders, eating with ADHD and/or Autism. Yet, nothing has“worked” long-term and you feel more disconnected from your body, less in control around food and unhappy with your size and shape.

You want to have a better relationship with food but you are scared to give up control, don’t trust yourself to eat in a balanced way without rules and fear you will just end up gaining weight.

What if there was a way to keep yourself from starting and stopping the same diets for the next 30 years.

Imagine what your life would be like if you found a different way to relate to food and show up for your body.

There is another path. Your story isn’t over. It is just beginning.

I have helped hundreds of clients free themselves from dieting shackles to rebuild a better relationship with food and their body.

I have become more in touch with my needs around food and have learned to trust my body more. More importantly, I think, I have become more compassionate with myself.

Are you ready for food to be part of your life, not your whole life?
